I would appreciate it if you could fill out the following evaluation form. Your feedback is very important to us in order to keep improving the SUNFEST Program. This evaluation is also required by the National Science Foundation as a way to assess how successful we have been in achieving our program objectives, which include providing opportunities for undergraduates to participate meaningfully in research projects and experiences in their area or field of interest.

The survey consists of 4 parts:

D. General Evaluation
