    The University of Pennsylvania Microfabrication Laboratory is a compact, highly flexible  laboratory for the design, preparation and manufacture of small structures using current photolithographic techniques. The general cleanliness of the facility is in the class 1000 level with superior conditions under the HEPA filtered work areas. The facility is operated by scientific staff with many years of experience in providing assistance to students and faculty on microfabrication problems and needs.

Standard Operating Procedures

Lab classes are held on Thursdays from 1:00 to 4:00 and on Fridays from 1:30 to 4:30.
Research use of the laboratory during these hours is by appointment only.
