  • The Laboratory for Physical Sciences (LPS) at the National Security Agency, is currently seeking highly qualified candidates for select postdoc and permanent employment opportunities at its College Park, MD facility.  Current opportunities include:

Graders wanted for ESE 1120: Engineering Electromagnetics for the Spring 2026 semester. Graders will assist in evaluating exams, homeworks, and labs for an expected class size of 120 students. Workload will be no more than 5-10 hours per week. Applicants should highlight prior knowledge in electromagnetics and any prior experience as a TA or grader in an email to Marc Miskin, (mmiskin@seas.upenn.edu).

 

TA/grader needed to assist with ESE 6740: Information Theory for the Spring 2026 semester. The main responsibilities include help with homework and projects, holding office hours, and/or homework grading. Prior exposure to information theory is a must, having taken the course before is strongly preferred.
